Yeah, right ;). If you are tired of regular push-ups, here is an interesting variation.
This exercise strengthens your triceps, shoulders, core and increases your flexibility.
The goal is to keep your forehead, chin, chest and belly close to the ground.
Level 1 is a regular push-up. Elbows are slightly in. Inhale when when lower down and exhale when you go back up.
Level 2 is similar as level 4 but you don't go as low.
For levels 2, 3 and 4, inhale as you go forward and exhale while returning to starting position.
