Which side are you on?
Air frayed Brussels sprouts with blue cheese and fresh cherry tomatoes.
Cut the sprouts in half and put them in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, dried onions ( optional), minced garlic and olive oil.
Tip: When you season food always put the oil last. If you start with it, it will create a film between the product and the other seasoning and this way it will be harder the flavors to get into the product.
For air fryer 12 minutes at 390 F
If you want to do it in the oven, preheat it to 375 F roast 20 min on one side and 20 minutes on the other side.
Wait it to cool down a little bit and mix with the blue cheese and the tomatoes.
