Are you looking to increase the intensity of your workout?
Here is my suggestion.
Combine two exercises that target different muscle groups.
For example, upper and lower body. You should then alternative them.
While your upper body muscles are resting, you are working your lower body and then vice versa.
You can challenge yourself even more by doing the exercises I demonstrate above very slowly. When you do the push ups, try to count to 5 when going towards the floor, hold for 5 when hovering, and then go back up for 5 seconds. Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
