Me and Ivan don't always feel like working out and some days it's a mental struggle to get started.

Ivan's rule, for days like these is "just put your training shoes on and stretch/warm up for 10 min. If you still don't feel like working out, then it's not meant

to be. At least you tried."

What is your way of motivating yourself in days like these?

P.S. A little correction, the breathing is exhale going up, inhale going down. ☺️
