The Boomerang Variation

The Boomerang is one of the most comprehensive exercises of the Pilates matwork.


It stretches and strengthens almost all of the muscles of your body and that is why I love it.


Make sure to:

⭐Initiate from your powerhouse, keeping your body "stiff" so your movements do not get sloppy.

⭐Inhale and roll back until your legs are overhead, exhale when roll forward.

⭐Keep your body weight off your neck when you roll back.


It's one of the more advanced Pilates exercises, but don't let this intimidate you. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
