Have you ever tried a split and thought that it's nearly impossible? Yeah, I hear you. The only thing you have to do is be consistent. That's all it takes. And don't forget, it's a work in progress.


Hold each variation for 50-60 sec before continuing to the next one. Find the option which you feel the stretch in best, but you have no pain or discomfort. After a couple days progress on to the next one.
