My favorite combination - flexibility and core strength. You can never go wrong with it.


You can do 3 sets of up to 10 kicks with each leg.


Your goal is to hold your torso stable and your leg straight.

If you cannot hold your leg close to your ankle, simply adjust your hands and grab your ankle closer to your thigh.
