Side planks with side leg kicks is my suggestion. Let's add and a resistance band for some extra challenge.
Engage your core to maintain trunk stability.
Inhale when you bend your knees and exhale when you kick your leg up.
If that is too much for you today, choose some of the easier options.
Don't forget to switch sides.
