Two miles walk, two hours lifting weights ( PR 385 lbs front squat for double), one hour practice playing guitar ( it's been 25+ years since I played), rode the motorcycle for 100 miles ( Pennsylvania is beautiful!) and finish with quiet night in the back yard. If life serves you lemons, make lemonade. Or even better, lemon coconut ice cream cake!😁 Stay active, eat well!
