I'm color blind and that's why I always try to combine very bright colors, otherwise it's all the same 😂. Potatoes, bacon and onions Frittata. Imagine the fat of the sauteed bacon, the sweetness of the onions all soaked in the soft potatoes. And a little bit of sour cream in the egg/milk mixture to finish the taste. Calories wise, okay, not the best.But life is to be enjoyed, right?
