Pork Loin On The Grill

Have you tried pork loin on the grill? It's awesome!
I made a puree from fresh oregano, thyme, rosemary, garlic, onions, freshly squeezed lemon juice and a little bit of olive oil. After cleaning the fat off the loins, I rubbed salt and pepper into it and then spread the puree mix on it. It then stayed overnight in the refrigerator.

Before grilling it I pulled it out of the fridge and let it reach room temperature. Make sure the grill is preheated to 400F + degrees. The meat goes in for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until it gets a good color.
Turn off half of the grill off and move the pork on the off side. It should not cook over fire anymore. If you are using charcoal just light up just half of the grill. Close the lid and cook 8-10 minutes on each side until it's 145 F degrees on the inside when you check the center.
Let it rest for 15 min and then serve. Goes well with tzatziki sauce 😁
