Celebrate Your Small Wins


When you think of your BIG goal, sometimes you start feeling overwhelmed. Why?


Because big goals don’t get achieved right away.


Instead, you need to create mini goals to help excite you along the way.


Concentrating only on the big goal can discurrage you.


Celebrating your small wins will help you stay motivated through your journey. Plus, celebrating is always super fun.


For example, brake down the exercise I demonstrate today into up to 8 small-sized goals with tasks that get you on track to achieve them. Find a variation that is challenging but not overwhelming and add it to your every day routine.


After a week or two try the next level. You will be surprised what a difference you will notice.


And for each level you achieve you can add a small celebration. Maybe a glass of wine or your favorite dessert. The choice is yours😉.
