No Bake Gluten Free Bites
Ingredients: 15 Dates 1 cup Almonds 14 oz. Farmers Cheese 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil I/2 Tsp Cinnamon 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Frosting: 2 oz. Dark Chocolate 1. Add in and blend the ingredients one by one as follows: dates, almonds, farmer's cheese, coconut oil, cinnamon and lastly the vanilla. Keep blending all the ingredients until forming a smooth mixture which allows you to form a ball with your hands. If it's too liquid, add more farmer's cheese, if it's too dry, add more coconut oil to it. 2. Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator for about 20 - 45 minutes until the mixture hardens, then form balls the size of a walnut and place them on a baking paper. 3. Frosting: Break chocolate and place into a small pan. Sit the pan over a slightly bigger pan of simmering water (a bain marie) and allow the chocolate to melt, stirring occasionally. Once melted, grab half a spoon of it and drizzle over the formed bites.
Refrigerate for 30 min - 1 hour before you enjoy them! They can be stored for 5-6 days.
