What is your favorite open faced sandwich?

Mini Open Faced Sandwiches can really be topped with anything.

Our suggestion for today is:

*Peanut butter, banana and chocolate chips with pinch of cinnamon.

*Cream cheese (could be replaced with coconut cream) with strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and honey.

*Scrambled eggs on spinach with pinch of paprika.

*Feta cheese with sliced peppers and pinch of curcuma.
