Marinated Pork With Infused Oil


When I cook I always think what will be the "star" in the dish. The meat, or the side, or the combination of flavors? In this dish its the sauce. Simple and delicious!


First I sauteed the pork loin ( which was marinated for 24 hours in fresh herbs, onions and garlic) in a table spoon of olive oil. After that in the same pan I cooked the onions, tomatoes, lemon and green beans. Imagine how flavorful the oil became because of all the juices from the products! Finished with a shot of Chardonnay and wait until it evaporates.



Pour over the plate, sprinkle the green beans with slivered almonds and enjoy!
