Mandarin Jam and Sour Cream Cake With Coconut and Mango Almond Cookies Crust.

This was harder to come up with, than to make it 😄. Going through the produce at home , I found out that we have a lot of Mandarins. After two days of waiting for the inspiration to hit me, finally got it this morning! Mandarin jam and sour cream cake with coconut and mango almond cookies crust.

I was careful with how much sugar I added, didn't want it to be very sweet. Also I don't think I have any time left in my day to burn the extra calories 😉
