Kneeling Side Kicks

I feel that in the begging is very challenging (and sometimes painful) to perform it, however if you overcome the initial challenge then you can't get enough of them . Especially after you start seeing the results.


Choose the best level for you and perform 1-3 sets, 10 kicks each leg.

Keep your shoulders and hips steady by engaging your core.

Inhale when your top leg is in the middle and exhale when you kick at end points.
