I've heard it so many times. Life happens and we don't have the time for ourselves.
I was on the same boat, busy with work and family, emotional eating, eating because of stress and not having enough time for regular physical activity.
I got to the point where I wasn't happy with myself, mostly because of how I felt. I was tired all the time, my sleep wasn't good and I didn't feel comfortable in my body.
So, I reorganized my priorities, made small changes in my lifestyle and it paid off!
The most valuable thing we have is our health. Investing in ourselves is not selfish because we become more able to help and enjoy the people around us.
