No one loves food more than me. Period! I even became a chef because of it! I chose a sport (power lifting) where eating a lot is justified. But at some point my body couldn't take in anymore. Although, I was very active and was always eating "clean", the quantity was too much. I ended up being on medications for high blood pressure. I also had sleep apnea, high level of triglycerides, and cholesterol.
I decided to do something about myself and began to change my lifestyle. I lost 75 lbs since then. I found a way where I could have both - enjoy food and be healthy without starving myself and spending hours in the gym every day.
