Make sure your back is supported and your core is engaged (sounds obvious, but you will be sur

prised how many people don't do that).


Exhale when you lift your legs and shoulders up and inhale on the way down.


Rest your head on your hands, relax your elbows out to the sides. There should be no pressure on your neck.
