Ground meat stuffed pork tenderloin with red curry and smoked paprika infused oil, rice with raisins

I grind the meat myself. This way I can do the ratio pork/beef the way I like it. The raisins were soaked in white wine.

Tip: When you cook rice, to avoid making it sticky( risotto is an exception) you can wash it, or saute it raw in a little oil/butter. Always use hot water or stock.
