The one I demonstrate today puts less pressure on your knees and brings more diversity to your workout.
Place a foam roller (or ball) between the wall and your back to have extra support and stability. Keep your knees from facing inwards. For an extra challenge, go very slow and hold the lower position for up to 5 sec.
