Fruits (Fresh and Dry) With Honey and White Rum.


Dessert doesn't have to be a bad thing, right? It all depends on quality and quantity.


Here is a suggestion that can be used in many different ways.

Layers of fruits ( fresh and dry) with honey and white rum.


I used black and white seedless grapes, blueberries, strawberries, green apples, peaches, apricots, lemons, dried mango, dried dates, dried figs.


In between the layers I put some honey and then poured the rum until everything is covered. A little bit of mint and honeycomb.


This will stay in the jar for a week (stirring it once in a while) and then will start using it. The options are endless!


On top of pancakes, waffles, cakes, ice cream, yogurt, cheesecake, flans etc.

In sauces for pork or poultry.


As filling for puffy or filo pastry. Or just a small bowl of the mixture at the end of a long day 😁
