I always say that having sore muscles post workout does not equal a good workout. That is a sign that you overdid it a little bit...or a lot😉.
However, sometimes when inspiration strikes, I understand how you can get carried away.
So I had to practice this exercise challenge for a week. I did about 10 sets almost every day and wow... that left me sore for a week later.
Now, when I'm able to use my arms again Ill let you know. 😆
The best part is that you don't have to go through my pain, because I made this workout video that will strengthen your muscles gradually.
