Eat well. What does it mean?

Does it mean to enjoy food? Or Eat "Clean"? It's both. It's possible! The balance is the key.
Here is how we do it.
First and most important is the quality of the food. Our rule is to only buy products that have no ingredients on the label, like meats, fruits and vegetables, as much as possible. I know it takes time to do grocery shopping, cook and clean. It's time consuming, but if we respect our bodies we have to treat them well. And for me personally, it's rewarding to see the smiles on the faces of the people that eat the food I cook.
Second is the quantity. I love to eat! Who doesn't?😁 That's why we have days where we restrict our calorie intake and days where we just enjoy food.
Third, is the fine tuning of the macros. How much protein, fat and carbohydrates. This depends on your personal goal. If you want to loose fat, build muscle or just maintain, determines the ratio.
Key for success is to do the right things, but enjoy life at the same time. It can be done!
