Easy Crispy Rice

Eating healthy sometimes gets boring, right?

Do you miss the feeling of something warm, savory and crispy?

Here is a suggestion:

Mix two cups of boiled brown rice with a table spoon of flour (a little bit of flour is not the worst), salt, pepper and your favorite herbs and spices. Brush/spray a pan (I prefer cast iron) with oil and heat it in the oven at 400 F until its very hot. Take it out and spread the rice out in it about half an inch thick. Put it back in the oven and cook until golden brown.
