Do you spend a lot of time sitting during the day and feel stiff all the time?
Back Bend is a great option to open your shoulders and chest.
Find the option that is best for you and hold that position from 20-60 seconds at least.
If you have any pain or discomfort stop and rest or try some of the easier options.
