Kneeling Leg Circles is exactly what you want.

Make sure your shoulders, hips and legs are aligned. Lift your top leg as high as you can and perform up to 10 circles forward, then reverse. Keep your core engaged to maintain stability in your torso so you don't rock back and forth.
