When you want something cool and refreshing that takes no time at all, this Blueberry Gelatin Yogurt Pie is the perfect dessert. The best part is that it's so easy to make it. Ingredients 1 (3-ounce) package Gelatin (you can substitute with vanilla Jell-O) 1/4 cup boiling water 2 (6-ounce) containers plain yogurt 8 ounces sour cream 2 packages graham crackers
1/3 cup honey, sugar or sugar substitute per your choice Garnish: blueberry and whipped cream. Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water (follow the instructions on the package) Whisk in the yogurt, honey, and sour cream until smooth. Add layer of crackers, Pour 1/2 of the mixture into the cake pan, add one layer of crackers, then pour the rest of the yogurt mixture. Add blueberries on the top. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until firm. Serve garnished with fresh or frozen blueberries and whipped cream.
