Banana and Oats Pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
50g oats
1 medium banana
30mls of water
1 tsp flaxseeds
vanilla protein(optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the banana, oats, flaxseeds and the water.
Blend until the mixture is blended together well. Allow the batter to stand for 10-20 minutes until thickened slightly.
Heat a (preferably) non-stick frying pan over medium heat. You can use a bit of coconut or a different type of oil. Use 4 spoonful of batter for each pancake.
Fry them until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with honey, maple syrup, fresh fruits, nuts or yogurt.
