Great for strengthening posterior line of your body and stretching the anterior which will help improve your posture and how you look in your favorite jeans.


Start with the option that is best for you and work towards Option 5.


Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions. If you feel any lower back discomfort, go to some of the easier options and work your strength up.
