⅓ cup water
1 cup oatmilk
1 tsp beetroot powder (@rawnice **)
⅓ tsp Ashwaghanda
¼ tsp cardamom
1 tsp agave syrup
In a saucepan pour in the water and slowly let it warm up (it should not boil because it will destroy the benefits of the ingredients). Whisk in the beetroot, Ashwaghanda and cardamom. Let it become warm (about 70°) and pour in a cup. Now add in the oat milk and let it also get warm. Whisk it up with a milk frother if you wish and pour over the beetroot mix. Stir in the agave syrup and sprinkle some rose petals on top. Enjoy!!💞
