Almond Flour Bread


My wife told me today: "It's been a while since I had something baked, but I want it to be low on calories and have no flour."


No need to tell me twice. Challenge accepted!😁










Do you remember the post from this picture? It's ready! I puree it and spread it on almond flour bread, sprinkled with coconut flakes and hemp seeds.


The almond bread is easy!


3 table spoons of almond flour

2 eggs

3 table spoons of oil of your choice -

peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower butter, milk butter etc

1 tea spoon of baking powder


Bake it at 375F preheated for 15-20 minutes.


Stay active, eat well!
