Air fried banana ice cream in cinnamon swirl bread

Warm and crispy on the outside, cold and soft inside. Take two slices of the bread, put a scoop of ice cream in the middle and with wet hands make a ball ( you can see it on the second picture) and freeze it.





Dip it in eggs/flour mixture and then in bread crumbs/brown sugar mix. Before you fry it, make it slightly wet with your hands. It will give extra crispiness 😉
