5 Minutes Full Body Workout

"You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Just relax. Master the day. Then just keep doing that every day."

Often, I get overwhelmed if I concentrate on my long term goals only.

Because, let's face it, it can be too much. Instead, brake it down to smaller pieces. Something that you can do today. Even if it's something minimal, that's ok.

One step at a time. Then do the same thing tomorrow.

At the end of the week you will be surprised how far you have gone. And be proud of yourself. Because you did it, despite all the obstacles.

Try the exercise above, start with 6-8 repetitions and gradually build up your strength to 3 sets of 10-15 repetitions.
